Our Firm was established by Paul K. Ha, CPA after achieving a number of years' service with prestigious accounting firms in the U.S. and Canada. With the extensive technical knowledge and experience in auditing, U.S. and Canadian taxation, and management consulting, our Firm is ready to provide the finest professional services available for a reasonable price. Paul Ha serves as the Managing Partner leading finance, accounting, taxation, audit and corporate valuation (FT & A) solution practice across all vertical clients at H & H, CPAs.

His expertise and client project experiences include advising for Korean high-tech startup companies with their presence in Silicon Valley.

Prior to his current position, he was a tax partner with Jeffrey Lee, a boutique professional service organization with its focus on financial advisory & taxation.

He was in charge of San Jose Office with direct accountability over more than 60 corporate clients delivering consulting services in domestic entity formation to establishing foreign subsidiaries in APAC and Canada.

Paul’s responsibility included managing projects involving issues in international tax & treaty, transfer pricing, structuring cross border transaction, a full scope of tax filings and representing clients before tax authorities.

Previously at Chang & Co, he served as a partner in charge of federal and state tax practice providing tax strategies for Canadian corporate clients including tax return & project services and financial forecasts.

Paul started his career at SK Securities in finance & underwriting division. He spent over 16 years assuming various positions garnering a wealth of knowledge and experiences in:

  • Engaging financial analysts & community in response to investment relations/external inquiries.
  • Managed and executed corporate valuation/financial due diligence services & prepared clients for the initial
    public offerings.
  • Managed & operated issuance of financial instruments such as bonds and securities.
  • Managed financial reports for the clients and SK Securities.
  • Analyzed business performance and developed a short to mid-term divisional growth strategies.

Paul earned his BA from Kyungpook National University, dual master degrees in Accounting and MIS from Seogang University and Sungkyunkwan Business School in Seoul Korea respectively.

He is a Certified Public Accountant in the U.S. and a Certified General Accountant in Canada.

In addition, Paul is a current member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants & member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants – Silicon Valley San Jose Chapter.
